Suyana Foundation Peru has 52 employees. The 35 operative employees are on the road for 7 months a year visiting remote communities of 7 districts in the regions Cusco and Puno.

A coordination team and the administrative staff are responsible for the planning and implementation of the activities, logistics, acquisition of materials and for the financial and administrative processes, and enable an efficient implementation of the projects.

Team Coordination

Each working area has a coordinator, who is responsible for the planning and implementation of activities belonging to his/her area. He/she supervises and informs about the results to be reached. The coordination team is organized under the lead of coordinators for all working areas, who are responsible for the entire programmatic area and who control the activities of all working areas, thus securing a successful implementation of the programme.

Team Administration

The team administration is responsible for the optimal control of financial resources, the compliance of administrative processes, team development, administration of medicines, material and equipment and the timely allocation to the mobile units, a flawless operation of the IT system, and the maintenance of the vehicles, to guarantee safety and optimal operation in the areas of intervention.
